This 10-year project aims to strengthen brand associations and loyalty, elevate in-store and digital experiences, and build brand density, focusing on fashion and leather goods.
We’ll achieve this by emphasizing craftsmanship, limiting product distribution to create rarity, and slightly raising prices to enhance exclusivity and brand equity. Tom Ford stores will be updated to improve consumer experiences, with new tailoring rooms in New York and London for made-to-measure items. Additionally, we'll experiment with brand ambassadors and pop-up events to engage current customers and attract new ones.
