Location
Mexico City receives millions of tourists annually, with a substantial portion visiting Polanco. The district includes popular attractions like the upscale Avenida Presidente Masaryk shopping street, world-class museums such as the Soumaya Museum, and luxury hotels. Domestic and international tourism and business travel could influence visitor traffic, making estimates for Polanco hard to pin down without specific data from tourism boards or local businesses.
The Polanco District is famous for its collection of international designer stores, fine dining, and entertainment, making it a coveted area for luxury retail. The specific property spans approximately 2,000 square feet over two levels and boasts a 17-foot frontage, which enhances its street visibility (Fig. 13). This dynamic layout provides ample space for luxury brands to create immersive retail experiences that align with the district’s reputation for sophistication (Thor Equities).
